Today we took Wade to Pigtails & Crewcuts, this cute little kids haircut place. They have tons of TV's with movies playing, bubbles, video games and different shaped chairs for the kids to sit in. We chose an airplane (just for you, Grandpa K.) and he loved it! He was so interested in everything that was going on- the hair stylist, the movie, the steering wheel on the airplane, and the little girl who was not at all happy about getting her hair cut. Here is the keepsake the gave us, complete with a lock of his hair and some of the (million) pictures we took.

This goes right here...
Wade has acquired a new skill- putting things in places. I can see this is going to be interesting... "Mark, did you put the TV remote in the fireplace?" "No, did you put Wade's keys in the toilet?"
This block goes into the car ramp:This block goes into the giraffe- actually, it really does!
In the process of removing all the letters from the refrigerator- they actually go on the floor:

He also is starting to love "reading." He likes to pull all of his books off the shelf and play with them, especially the ones that have textured pictures.
Reading and touching the bumpy picture in the book:

Babe is like a big sister to Wade! When I wake him up in the morning, he looks around me to the doorway, waiting for Babe to pop her head in. She looks for him too, and more times than not, will lay down right next to him. She loves attention any way she can get it- pats, whacks, pulled ears, or even being climbed on!
Trying to keep Babe from licking my face:
