- "Momma, I wan' watch some raccoons (cartoons) peese!"
- "This is my butt (pointing to his rear) and these are my jingle bells (pointing to his boy parts)."
- When asked what he was doing (something he shouldn't have been doing), "I no doin' nufin Momma, I jus' sittin' here."
- Wade has become very adept at putting Mark and I, as well as his toys, in time out and disciplining us all. The other night at dinner, Wade told me that I needed to, "tink 'bout dat Mommy!"
- Recently, Wade has boycotted his bed for sleeping and instead tends to prefer the floor. I found him sleeping like this one morning:

Yard work
Spring has definitely sprung here in central Texas! Everything is green and the flowers are blooming. I love this time of year! Our yard looks so inviting right after winter and before it all dries out for the summer. I can't think of a weekend or evening that we haven't spent outside in the last few weeks. So we've gotten a ton of work done in our yard.
Every year our yard gets better and better :) We decided to trade in the trusty ol' cinder blocks (we were using them to block the fence from the dogs) for some large natural rocks and I got some of my pots planted. We even moved Wade's sandbox just a little to give us more room to hang out towards the back of our yard.
