Wade has graduated to a high chair and is now joining us (briefly) at the dinner table. His favorite foods so far are prunes, pears and squash. He'll tolerate bananas and sweet potatos, but HATES peaches! He also really likes the taste of high chair apparently :)
He also has been spending quite a bit of time in his "exersaucer" both at our house and at Grandma & Grandpa Maruszak's house. He loves all the things that make noise and especially the things he can bang on!
Wade has 2 new teeth poking through! He is still teething however, which makes me think the top 2 are on their way sooner rather than later. You can't quite see them with the camera yet, but as soon as you can I will take some pictures!
I was so excited to celebrate my first mother's day! I had a wonderful day- Mark got up early to go get breakfast and I got cards & flowers from both my boys :) Later, we went out to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa M. at a pretty tasty cajun place.
Wade has also been exercising his vocal chords- getting ready for his first words. As of right now, "Ba ba ba ba," is the extent of his vocabulary. However, if I listen really carefully I'm just sure that he's actually saying "Mama." Maybe not...

I just love his facial expressions. They make me smile. He is such a cutie! So, how many days??? I would love to get together with you this summer.
