Beginning of summer

We kicked off the start of summer vacation with a hike at Brushy Creek Park (actually called Champion Park, but it's all really the same). We walked the trail, Wade and Mark walked in the stream (I was having NO part of that), and ended up at a huge covered sandbox. There were lots of donated toys, which is so cool since we didn't bring anything. Next time we'll make sure to wear our swimsuits, since there is a small (toddler-sized) splash pad right next door.
