Choo choo!

Last week we went on our 2nd Annual Day out with Thomas (the train) trip. We got to ride the big steam engine (decorated to look just like Thomas), play with train sets, do some arts and crafts, play minature golf, jump in a bouncy train and enjoy the music and silly clowns. The only part of the day that was a bit of a challenge had to do with him getting up at 5:45 that morning. He was so tired, we definitely had a few meltdowns...

Wade absolutely loved the train ride. He kept wanting it to go faster!



Minature golf was a close second to the train ride, we probably played for close to an hour.


Standing in front of a picture of Thomas with his new whistle. I kept asking him if he wanted to take a toy home and he would say, "no thanks, Momma." I finally talked him into a whistle (why a whistle, I don't know) so he wouldn't regret not getting anything later. I thought that was pretty sweet though :)

Isn't it cool how they transform the engine? It even blows smoke and everything!
