It's that time of year again...

Sweetberry Farms! We took our annual trip to the pumpkin patch again this year with Katie and her son, "Small Jack." The boys had a lot of fun, only after we got the ucky picture-taking out of the way. Yes, we bribed- "You can only feed the goats after you take pictures. Nice ones. Smiling." I have never seen two boys sit down and say, "CHEESE," so fast.

It was a long drive as well as a long day, but really fun. The boys earned their goat-feeding time, got to pick out some pumpkins (as well as climb on piles of them), ride a the train, and helped to cut some flowers. The poor babies, well, they endured. Someday it will be fun for them, but this time they were both hot, tired and just a bit cranky.

Oh well, Katie took some wonderful pictures of all of us. Thank goodness, because I forgot my camera :/

Wade hasn't decided what he's going to be yet for Halloween. It's a toss up between Darth Vader, Buzz Lightyear, Spiderman, a Pirate and WordGirl. Yes, WordGirl. Nobody knows who that is because she's a character on a kids show on PBS that no one has heard of. Basically, she's a superhero who solves word crimes. Hmmm, not sure what we'll do if he chooses that one since I'm pretty sure they don't sell WordGirl costumes at the Halloween store.

Hold still Little Sister!

Thinking dastardly thoughts...
